Okay, but hard to cancel!

Liked: Perfectly sufficient for my needs.Great location, though. There's a HudsonLink bus station about 2 mins walk away so it's easy to get to downtown Nyack. It would not be walkable.
Disliked: I booked this hotel for 1 night (Sat-Sun) as I had tickets to a concert in Tarrytown. However, that concert was canceled. Booking sent the hotel a form to fill out, to affirm that they would waive the cancellation fee. However, despite the hotel confirming that this was possible, this didn't happen because the manager wasn't on duty until Monday and no one else had access to the hotel's email. Seems pretty ridiculous, if you ask me.Front desk staff seemed disengaged, often wasn't at front desk and there was no bell to ring or other way to let them knoe you needed assistance.

Disliked: The chemical fragrance in the air was so pungent that we began to break out and had to leave. We stayed about 19 minutes and got a room at the hotel nyack instead.
