Wonderful stay

Liked: Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and kind. Will stay here again in the future!

Perfect for our needs, not...

Liked: We stayed here for 4 nights as we were running a marathon a few miles away. It was a very big comfortable room, everything worked, showers were hot, and the room was clean and tidied everyday. It was mostly quiet enough - not busy- (end of March) that we got good sleep but when people were walking and talking above we could hear them easily. It’s near plenty of food places and a shop. Easy to find and park.
Disliked: Not that soundproof when people were going about outside or above our room. Luckily it wasn’t a full hotel the week we were there but if it was I imagine it would be noisy. The breakfast is below average. But at least it’s included in the price.

Liked: It was close to the event that I was attending. The staff was very courteous and accommodating.
Disliked: My television did not work for the entire time of my stay. I called to have it fixed, but nobody answered the phone.The first room that they took me to had an extremely strong chemical cleaning order which I could not stand and I had to request to be moved to a different room. The manager was very polite and took care of it immediately. The second room was tolerable, however the tv did not work the entire time of my stay. I called to have it fixed, but nobody answered and I was too tired to pursue a solution so I just went to sleep.. I also have to comment on the horrible coffee available for the breakfast! I can honestly say I have never tasted anything like it, they need a new coffee company.

Liked: This was this best clean and quiet location, with local eatery's nearby and also Fair bridge has a nice lil free breakfast very nice. I will stay there again!!! and its is SAFE.
