Disappointed
Disliked: We returned from a day out to find one our rooms opened and not the way we left it. The beds had been stripped to the mattress, and the sheets strewn across the room. This was our older kids' room. Manager said the room was not scheduled to be cleaned and they did not know what happened. After that incident, our kids no longer felt safe, so we had to search for other accommodations for them. Since the rooms were nonrefundable, some of our group had to spend the night while our kids' room was left vacant.

Liked: Helpful staff. Got a room quickly. Lots of hot water for bath, which was what I needed after enjoying Christmas activities in town!

Liked: The room was dirty and smelled of mold,there was mold around the tub and sink and the inside of the tub was dirty,this was horrible and we left and went to a best western hotel

Liked: It was very quiet. The hotel is run down and in need of a facw lift but so am I . It was clean, quiet and the two people at teh fromt desk were very nice. I have no compaintsn for what I paid.

Friendly staff; needs TLC
Liked: There was a bed with bedding and running water in the faucets. The lamps worked.
Disliked: I understand all hotels are struggling for staff and I understand this is more budget roadside motel than hotel. The bedding was stained, crawly spiders behind doors and in darker places. Worst of all was the stale stench of cigarette smoke; not so good if you suffer from respiratory ailment. The side entry hotel doors were not locked and the chain lock on the room door was broken. Tough night's rest.
