Disliked: Hallways wreaked of smoke. Someone else’s hair was on the walls in the shower.

Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: Broken fixtures in room, bathroom ceiling was repaired poorly, the carpet looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Overall rundown look.

NEVER AGAIN, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Liked: The clean bathroom and the cable TV!!
Disliked: The way they charged more than the "booking.com" quote was said it should be. And the so-called MANAGER WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE N wouldn't give me his name when asked!! And the room they gave me had no microwave nor a refrigerator when the site said the rooms comes with them and didn't, yet I saw plenty of them in rooms with "no smoking" signs on the rooms by the numbers!! And I was told I'd be moved to a room with them when one opened up, yet after 9 days of stay, one never opened up I was told after the fact!! 😤😡🤬

Liked: Location and clean bathroom.
Disliked: Well, for starters, the room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave, which was advertised that it does and comes with both, and didn't. And when I brought it up to management, I was told that as soon as a room opened up that had those I would be put in one, but for my 9 days stay, NEVER was put in one, nor told that plenty opened up andddd had the nerves to not honor "bookings.com" quotes or charges and charged me more because of the room THEIR STAFF PLACED ME IN!!! 😤😡🤬 And their so-called MANAGER WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE MY WHOLE STAY HERE!! FROM December 3rd-12th!!

I would come back!

Disliked: My room didn't have a microwave nor a refrigerator!! 😠😡 Had to keep walking up a long hallway to keep getting ice for my beverages to stay cold!! And I'm disabled too!!
