Liked: There was a hole in the wall and the comforter was filthy. Furniture was not wiped off they switched my room which was cool but the only thing was different was no hole in the wall

Liked: Great location near the University Hospital. Great shower.
Disliked: The back door that you use a key is not locked. Anybody can walk in. I was on the first floor only sheer curtains. Anyone would be able to look in. The phone didn’t work. The furniture was dusty. I didn’t even bother to ask about an ice machine. I was glad to leave. I didn’t get any sleep.

Disappointing

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The room wasn't really clean. Paper and straws were on the floor by the bed. The Toilet was TOO LOW FOR ME! The Mirror Was Off the Bathroom Door! My Room wasn't clean on Saturday!!

A good and convenient location...

Liked: The location is very good and the staff efficient.
Disliked: The lack of eating placess in the area is limited and we were surprised that at least breakfast is not available.
