Liked: Very swanky vibe
Disliked: Was disappointed that the complimentary black coffee at the breakfast was instant. Not that hard to do French press or filter when staying at a hotel of this calibre.

Liked: The location was perfect. The hotel was lovely. The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: I wasn't aware of the $100 bond fee which was a little embarrassing as I had to move money around to pay that.

Anniversary stay-cation

Liked: Attention to detail, clean, smelled good. Everything you need
Disliked: We liked everything

Gorgeous hotel in walking distance...

Liked: Loved the"windsor" decor, and even though the room wasn't huge it fet spacious & light
Disliked: Street noise, but it's central city, so unavoidable

Disliked: Check-in ..no one there Cleanliness .. including an empty wine cooler with water , no wine & a card for someone else still there Safety & Security ... a couple managed to unlock our door with mag key at 11pm at night and walk in HOW !! Staff .... all they said was sry .. shouldn't have happened

It was a lovely Hotel,...

Liked: The rooms were lovely & the bathroom was big & very clean. The location was very convenient but having to step over street people was not good. The staff were great -very helpful.
Disliked: Finding the entrance was crazy as we didn’t know part of Queens Street was blocked off.
