Charming, comfortable and convenient

Liked: The staff were really friendly, professional and helpful. Location was perfect. Room was clean and comfy
Disliked: Hot food on Buffet breakfast was a bit cold, and I saw a big blow fly on the cheese

Very comfortable with convenient location....

Liked: The property had good furnishing and decorated well. Very cosy. The bed was very comfy and facilities were very enjoyable. The small cake for our birthday was a lovely touch.
Disliked: The shower could have been cleaner as you could tell there was grime in the grooves of the tiles. There was no cutlery.

Liked: What a gorgeous hotel, super comfy beds, with all the little touches that make your stay special. We enjoyed a really lovely high tea at the hotel and it was easy to walk to other restaurants - this is now my goto hotel in Auckland.
