Liked: Bed was amazing. Lovely luxurious room.
Disliked: Wait time in restaurant for breakfast was too long.

Very central and great staff.

Liked: The staff were really helpful when I left my passport there. They went above and beyond.
Disliked: Just a little tired around the edges.

Liked: Whimsical hotel in a good location in the centre of Auckland, close to all the amenities. Friendly staff, with a special shoutout to the concierge who was very helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: The room had an awkward layout, quite cramped and the TV was way off to the side instead of being in front of the bed (even though there was a blank wall there). Housekeeping forgot to place a number of items in our room, including the robes and the complimentary water bottles. Wi-fi was terrible, we had one bar and it was extremely slow.

Liked: The location was excellent. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping was excellent.
Disliked: I found it difficult to find the charging points for phone etc. It was difficult to turn on the main lamp. The hairdryer required constant pressure on the power switch.
