Highly unprofessional, very poor service, unclean, overall just a bad experience. We were in the room no more than 30 minutes and were looking for our money back after we saw the cockroach but they wouldn't give us the refund because the sink was wet. Neither of us had used it, just noticed how it needed to be replaced and how grungy the toilet and bathtub were. I would highly recommend you don't stay here.

Liked: They did waive the cancellation fee.
Disliked: The room smelled disgusting, there was a cockroach scurrying about, and we did not stay the night. They claimed that we had used the toilet and sink in the less than 30 minutes we were there (which we hadn't, due to the poor conditions) and then the manager continued to tell us we were "f***ing lying" over the phone in the lobby.

In general I had a very pleasant visit at this hotel. Loved the location and the staff was very friendly. Not having a coffee pot in the room was something minor I didn't like but I would stay here again.

Liked: Convenient location; friendly staff.
Disliked: No coffee pot in the room to make coffee.

I checked in at7:30pm and...

Liked: I dm asking for a refund, I expected a 2 star hotel with a microwave wifi and a refrigerator with a bath. It was cockroach infested, no microwave, no wifi unless I paid for it and no microwave, no carpet and only the thinnest of blankets. The AC was visibly grimy and broken which wasn't a surprise that it didn't even turn on. The location is isolated with not even a market nearby

Reliable location to stay when...

Liked: easy freeway access, amole parking & onsite security guard service
Disliked: bath tubs are very old in many rooms

Liked: I like clean bed and clean rest room
Disliked: The bed so hard and the rest room not really clean and the shower is Broken and I saw some insect

Until the renovate I workshop...

Liked: The location and the price. The staff was terrific and polite.
Disliked: The room was dirty, smelled like dog urine real bad. I had to go to the store to buy carpet freshness and air deodorizer. The carpet was dirty and sticky. When u stayed there in the past, it wasn't great but it wasn't this bad. The rooms need to be updated desperately, get rid of the cockroaches,
