Disliked: Nothing and they are rude and non accommodating, I needed a later checkout due to asthma problems , I knew I couldn’t make it with my heavy bags down the stairs. I had paid 20$ extra before but right off the lady was just rude and gave me until 11:30 but at 11:30 I still couldn’t breathe and my medicine had not kicked in so I was a bit snappy as I get nervous and scared when I can’t breathe so they without even telling me put me on the “DNR LIST” which I thought was do not resuscitate, no it means DO NOT RENT . So I booked again and they even sent me a welcome text and when to check in , so I wasted my time going there and waiting cause someone who worked there got shot just to have them tell me I was on this dumb list . I mean, if you’re going to put me on the list at least be a grown-up and an adult manager who runs a business and tell me before I waste my time and spend my money that takes forever to be reimbursed. I think that’s the new management there needs to mature just a little bit.! And it’s just filthy there. I mean it looks like they’re doing some work on it but they’re not doing any work to the inside of the room so we had cardboard on our window ghetto.

Disliked: Bed bugs, drug addicts wondering, bad house keeping, strange people wondering, dirty environment, room not clean properly, rooms not stocked for next guest, very unkind staff, lots of traffic, not peaceful and quiet, unsafe alone, mold in rooms, carpet not clean which cause smell in room, dirty chairs in room, mattress need to be replaced, linen unclean, disruptive guest while trying to sleep or rest…. Needs to be closed down for improvement. Not sanitary for people to stay for the prices being charged. I would not recommend here for staying
