Liked: Location was brilliant, just down street from train station. Breakfast was very poor. We had booked b/fast for 9.00pm and we were down around 9.15. Very little fry left and what was left was all dried up, including eggs (3). On leaving dining room we did notice fresh breakfast had been put out but we were not offered same at 9.15.
Disliked: The breakfast, as outlined above.Also, there was no sound (picture perfect) on our television when we turned it on at 8.30. We phoned reception and after about 30mins a porter came. He was unable to get sound either, and left. We waited for over an hour, no porter. We then turned off telly at the socket and sound returned, thankfully. Disappointed at service received.

Liked: Excellent location everything in walking distance pubs, restaurants, bus and train stations 2/3 minutes walk. Hotel breakfast was excellent everything was hot and staff were very polite and helpful. The bars and seating areas are really comfortable.
Disliked: They don't have swimming pool ect, which isn't the worst thing.It's a busy area so make sure your windows are closed at night for a good night sleep.
