Liked: I am still waiting on a refund for one of my rooms. It was so dirty it was un usable. We were forced to make other arrangements for half our party
Disliked: Rooms were dirty one room had what appeared to be urine on the bed and no bedding or toiletries. There was some brown substance on the bathroom sink. When we asked for a clean room we were led back to the old room and told it was our fault it was dirty

Fantastic customer service.

Liked: The staff . Especially the front desk where the meat.
Disliked: Check in time @ 3 pm

Liked: They were doing construction all night for two nights and days, pillows were flat blankets thin

Liked: There wasn’t any give me my deposit back the whole everything give me my deposit back back

Liked: To whom it may concern, We liked that the staff Harry and Deshaun greeted us with politeness and kindness, you need more people like them..
Disliked: First of all the lobby was being painted when we arrived but no windows were open or fans to drive away the fresh coat of paint.I’m a disabled person and it would’ve been nice if you had installed shower handles in the tub…We could hear the people above us walking and talking til late in the evening..Furthermore, we asked your staff if you had a ice machine on any of the floors but unfortunately they didn’t so we had to go McDonald’s and got ice there.

Disliked: The whole floor smelled like fish so bad I couldn't sleep. There was no toilet paper only one towel. It was a ghetto rundown place with drug addicts and homeless.I only stood for 2 hours and I felt uncomfortable and the smell was horrific I couldn't get rest so I left and was not given any type of compensation.
