Disliked: They gave my room to someone else and told me my stay was “canceled” with no explanation. I never revived any services after paying and I had to go through a month long dispute with my bank to get my 1,000$ back. By the looks of the place this was a blessing in disguise though because I’m sure I would’ve been eaten alive by bedbugs/roaches or possibly died from food poisoning who knows!

Liked: It was bed bug infested staff was rude and the other customers were drug addicts and was trying to sell drugs to me

Disliked: I thought the staff was terrible. The front desk literally called me an hour before my arrival and informed me that they had to cancel my reservation due to overbooking. I was told that my room, the occupant had ended up staying another night so instead of telling them that they didn’t have room for them to stay another night and honor my reservation, they boot me and let them stay. Very unethical in my opinion. I will never book this hotel again.

Disliked: I stayed 3 hours waiting to be checked in while the stAff continuously helped other customers. after they finally finished they acted like they forgot and told we had to wait until later very rude staff and the rooms neéded to be cleaned the floors and s the air... the ground the doors . it was like I was in a horrible movie. I got sick I also didn't like the fact that this was an event in our lives that was completely ruined and can never be replaced. I never got a room at all
