Great location, stuff needs retraining...

Liked: The manager and most of the staff regret, but but there are a few bad apples in the group such as this guy Robin he is they’re putting them out every time you ask him anything he’s condescending he is not aggressive, passive aggressive, and he his dismissive is not a front door guy very poor
Disliked: The card reader at the back door is in horrible condition first off it rains on it. Secondly, it never reads my card until I poke it through the 20s times in the app ass. I don’t like that the staff makes you feel like second class citizen when you’re considering this you’re about paying of course I pay resign. No one to say any different. The stuff itself if you have to push it forward or something like that typically any hotel bed that’s fine, but I wasI was using the vending machine in the laundry room and there was a guy there Mexican guy and he was just pulling in on the folding table is very creepy. Secondly, he just staring at her and third he has a little meetings in there, but I have used the vending machine multiple times While he was there it wouldn’t work and every other time it works perfectly so he has something hooked up to the card my card was hit and it had 17 was on 17 Summit devices and this all happened that day and I sent up the information and so they locked my car up but then God cause someone tried to hit 17 times and that’s the only time it’s ever happened. I told the manager but email manager and she just looked at me like that was stupidand didn’t do a thing that.

A comfortable, clean, sleeping machine!...

Liked: Very convenient in Wilmington witness saw Walmart, Lowe’s, Best Buy, Lowe’s food store Sam’s Club, and a host of restaurants very good locationThe manager Tracy is amazing and she has made this place really nice here a year ago and it was not near as in good shit now she was manager for or at least there for six years, but there was a lot going on in Wilmington and there’s a lot bad people say rolling around and she cleaned it up and got it looking great and when I walked in, I was very impressed. Some of them extended says you go to are not near with this walk up every room I was in with spouse and all the maintenance is done so really good job. I’ve been staying at Hilton previous of this and the Hilton had home Garden Inn and none of them were working order complete coffee machine, broken staff not too friendly, etc. etc. here amazing there is a pretty high turnover rate in this business but Tracy I found was here more than not so and she has to drive quite a ways anyway nice lady. I met her year ago and then again when I came in and had a couple of things I needed and took care of it without any problem Probably one of the best managers I’ve ever met so I guess that’s probably because she’s a former marine when you come through thank you for her serviceVETERANS DAY 2024Thomas Simpson
Disliked: Slide cards for the doors are kind of antiquated. They really need to scan cards or even up-to-date more often. Use it off your phone so not touch it but anyway they are faulty all over the building kind of a 10 or 12 drive the back door where I park and other than that, I didn’t find any other issues that is not a maintenance issue. That’s an equipment issue and my suggestion is as a mini hotel owner myself as that she you guys should probably invest in the mobile app door, actuators fantastic products.S

Liked: The property is near multiple food options.
Disliked: My room tub had hairs in it that appeared to be pubic hairs. Also, under my beds were multiple dead cockroaches. I notified management but received no resolution.
