Liked: Nothing our room smelled of fish. The maintenance man named Zach was wonderful he fixed our plumbing issues in our room.
Disliked: NO BREAKFAST. only a few breakfast bars!? That’s not breakfast. There was trash from a previous person and they don’t do house keeping until it’s every 7 days. What a terrible stay.

Liked: The staff were amazing! Even housekeeping. The morning I was to check out had to rush to the ER because of my daughter, who is also staying there but for an extended length of time until her apartment was ready. I spoke with the staff. They said I could do a late check out or stay longer. I was still at the hospital in the afternoon in the trauma unit. The housekeeping department called and asked if they wanted to come clean or wait. An hour later, I made it back and checked out. I spoke with another staff and she knew me by name and situation. Thats really great communication stills between shifts. That is very hard to find. They let me moved my belongings to my daughter's room, so I can go back to the hospital to be with my daughter. They are VERY kind and helpful during this situation, as we now are on day 2.
Disliked: The floor in the bathroom was dirty. There were dead bugs and dirt 1/2 swept up behind the door. Bathrooms should be clean very well and new sheets. Other stuff i can deal with. Good job with the clean sheets. Couldn't find trash can. Why in a hotel would you hide them under the sink?

Liked: Location is fine. The staff was friendly. they had an elevator.
Disliked: The bugs, roach like things, in the room. They were everywhere, even had one in the bed.

Disliked: No real close shopping or restaurants. Entire building looked like the cheapest paint available had been splashed up on the walls. Room floors were dirty!! No screens on windows.
