Not a particularly nice hotel; nothing terrible about it, but nothing excellent, either, other than the front desk employees.

Liked: Location; front desk personnel pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Room not as clean as it might have been; breakfast chintzy; shower wimpy.

Liked: This place is in reconditioning. The room was not up to the price. The tub had stains in the corners to the wall. The place needs better owners.
Disliked: I could have been told through Booking that this place was sub par.

It was a horrible experience

Liked: Nothing it was dirty and there was a lot of violent activity throughout the night
Disliked: I didn’t like that it was unkept and not safe

Gross Bathroom

Liked: Manager was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and It was close to where I needed to be
Disliked: Black mold in my bathroom, evidence of past water leaks in the bathroom, and unpleasant smells

Old and soiled hotel room...

Liked: Terrible. Prepackaged muffin or oatmail
Disliked: Fresher food

Disliked: Toilet flushing is ineffective, no fan in bathroom, very uncomfortable beds, no tools for kitchenette, one of the stove burners didn’t work

Fine for what we needed.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Stale breakfast muffins, dirty washcloths left in our tub and mildew shower. We also had 4 people in our room and only 2 washcloths. Hair on the back of the bathroom door. The ac seemed to work intermittently.

Passable

Liked: The staff was very nice. The night staff was hard to converse with in English, but they tried. It was very clean. The area felt very safe.
Disliked: The door did not lock completely. The sink dripped all night. There weren't any dishes available. They finally found something we could use. The toilet would only flush every 45 minutes. The construction crew drank and ate most of the continental breakfast items. In the hotels defense, they are totally redoing the hotel, but we were not informed prior to our 7 day stay. The key cards had to be changed out often. There was mold coming through the ceiling in one of the bathrooms and the stove did not work in one room. We had to plug and unplug a overhead light in a bathroom, but at least we had light. We had rented 2 queen bed studios, for 5 people. We tried to get clean towels after 4 days, but were unable. They will clean the room once free of charge and give clean towels then, but arrangements have to be made for this service. Essentially 2 studios. We always manage okay wherever we stay in the world. Hopefully, all these issues will be taken care of with the renovation.
