Not a particularly nice hotel; nothing terrible about it, but nothing excellent, either, other than the front desk employees.

Liked: Location; front desk personnel pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Room not as clean as it might have been; breakfast chintzy; shower wimpy.

It was a brief stay...

Liked: The location is a bit away from city centre than I expected but that wasn’t a problem for me as I had my own car. It was in a quiet place with variety of food choice around.
Disliked: Breakfast the hotel offered wasn’t what I expected at all. I’ve stayed at many hotels but this was something I’ve never experienced before. Few energy bars, muffins and coffee, that’s all. A new experience

Very dirty, changed rooms 2...

Disliked: Very dirty, changed rooms 2 times and still found dirt. The staffs service is bad and do not care about customers. Before I checked in, I sent a message to Nam that I wanted to make sure my room was clean, but they still ignored me. This is the worst hotel I have ever used. That means after you stay, they never clean the bed sheets. Because I entered the first room and found hair, I asked to change rooms and still found hair like the first room. I feel disgusted.

Poor

Disliked: the toilet didn't flush; there was no hot water available in the evenings. someone came in and installed curtains during my stay without notifying me. the room key functionality was extremely poor.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was great. Property was not great. There were cardboard sections taped to the elevators to protect the walls for deliveries, etc, but they we gross for guests staying at the hotel. The person checked us in was very friendly, but said there was a breakfast in the am. We went down to find: coffee, oatmeal packets, small prepackaged muffins. No juice, no fruit, etc. It was a joke.
Disliked: Overall not very well updated. I’m saying just paint touch up, elevators do bad with cardboard taped to the walls! This ownership needs to do a better job at general maintenance. Room was very very basic which was not bad, but there was no ice bucket or chance of getting any ice in the hotel.

Liked: the woman at the front desk was amzing .super nice a fantastic ambassador

I sleep ok. I did...

Liked: This place is in reconditioning. The room was not up to the price. The tub had stains in the corners to the wall. The place needs better owners.
Disliked: I could have been told through Booking that this place was sub par.

It was a horrible experience

Liked: Nothing it was dirty and there was a lot of violent activity throughout the night
Disliked: I didn’t like that it was unkept and not safe

Gross Bathroom

Liked: Manager was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and It was close to where I needed to be
Disliked: Black mold in my bathroom, evidence of past water leaks in the bathroom, and unpleasant smells

Old and soiled hotel room...

Liked: Terrible. Prepackaged muffin or oatmail
Disliked: Fresher food
