Great relaxation but rooms need...

Liked: It was relaxing
Disliked: My second time staying there were roaches in the bathroom. The first time i didn’t see any.

Disliked: Dishes not already in cabinets. Felt like everything g was rashioned.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Close distance to game we were attending at Northwest Stadium. Close to Metro Station.
Disliked: While the staff was very friendly, there was major updating needed to the room. Holes in walls and shower. Major cracks on the ceiling. There also seemed to be bullet-sized holes in the curtains. We also noticed that both nights of our stay that the Sheriff was posted in the parking lot. While this can be a good thing, this would lead me to believe this hotel is known for being in a bad area- just be aware before booking. There were bugs spotted in the room and in the cabinets, which I believe came from the sink. There are also many miscellaneous loud noises we could hear during the night that actually woke us up.

Decent but expected more.

Liked: The staff were friendly, and very helpful.
Disliked: Refrigerator didn’t work, there was no condition in the room just shampoo. There was an odor as well. They only provided three pillows not four.

Disliked: There was a naked man that was drunk standing in the hallway that was locked out of his room that staid a couple doors down from the rooms I was renting my nieces nd their friends where with me. I didn't feel comfortable with that type of customers staying there. There was some roaches in the room, that was unacceptable the supervisor and clerk responded very poorly
