There were many insects, bed...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There were many insects, bed bad and a-lots of discomfort.Hair drier was not working. Stove was not working. Even I told the receptionist about all of those issues but they didn’t care. After one night stay I left and request for refund but they didn’t refund the two remaining nights, they just refund one night. I got an email from booking that they didn’t respond the email back so I need to hire a layer and go to court regarding the one night refund.

Liked: I have a long history of more than 5 years with the properties in Montgomery County. I love the space within each room
Disliked: This was the WORST stay ever! The ceiling was gutted out and the water didn’t work in the kitchenette. We were not comfortable taking a shower while looking at the piping and I sneezed the entire two night stay. I was very disappointed in the status of the room. It should not have been booked for a customer in the condition that it was in. I was unable to get another room because the hotel was fully booked I was told. The photos are below, but I have videos as well.

Disliked: The hotel was fully booked. Although we had booked a king size bed they gave a queen size. apart from that they did not have a mattress also. We had a tough time sleeping properly.The B Fast was not at all available. not worth calling a free B Fast.

Horrible don’t book it.

Liked: Thankfully we were able to check out prior to actually having to sleep here. My husband and his friends in two separate rooms found roaches in the bedding and hair all over the bathroom. Not to mention the stale cigarette smell all throughout the hotel and the rooms… not somewhere I’d ever stay. The door looks like it had been pryed open. Then to top it all off we found what looked to be a blood stain in the carpet.
Disliked: Cleanliness. Staffs attitude.
