Liked: Location, location, location! Just across from mall, and restaurants.
Disliked: Clean rooms, and very comfortable bed.

Liked: The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the woman who checked me in.
Disliked: The hotel was undergoing construction during my stay. I had to enter through the back of the building and didn't have physical access to the elevators or the front desk.

Liked: I did not eat breakfast or stayed to received the breakfast experience. the location of the breakfast was a tad bit small and needs to be changed.
Disliked: Having a build in gym is very much needed, The bed foundation is not sturdy enough or looked stable or confortable and also was not my favorite part of the room. The room was nice, clean spacious, smelled fresh and the applicants was up to date.

Locked out of room before...
Liked: Good location, comfortable bed. Reasonable pet fee.
Disliked: No dishes or pots and pans in kitchenette. The staff deactivated my key card at 11am after the night manager the previous night had agreed to give me a 12pm late check out. This prevented me from being able to reenter the room to retrieve my belongings after 11am. Had to go explain to front desk that the night manager had said I was ok for a 12pm late check out.
