Liked: It was a 4-story hotel vs a 2-story outside entry Motel.
Disliked: I have stayed at 2 locations in Fairfax of ESA. The floors were swept. They were not mopped. Walking in my room without shoes turned the soles of my feet black. Mopped floors would remove dirt and grime. Otherwise, rooms were clean.

Liked: Convenient location near Dulles Airport.
Disliked: Definitely needs renovation. Everything from the floor to the bath tub, sink and toilet seat needs an upgrade. The room says breakfast included. Well it was blueberry muffins in a small basket and hot beverages in front of the reception. There were no tables or chairs as there is no lobby. Booking.com should remove breakfast from the description and amenities.

Disliked: Probably not well-maintained. Very old structure windows were broken and everything in the room was very outdated.
