Liked: I did not like anything, very bad experience to stay in here counter person has no manners no training how to talk to customer plus breakfast was included on price and breakfast timing was 6 to 9 but I was there 7am and nothing was there only coffee when I ask to staff he said everything things over I said it's still 2 hour left they should be refill until time over he said we don't have anything to refill, 2nd problem, beds were not comfortable both mattresses have the spring hard and i can feel it, plus blankets are so thin feel so cold overnight when my wife ask another one he said all of in laundry we have no any extra and one more thing coffee maker was not in there when I ask the service man who was not trained he said this is VA law we are not allowed to keep coffee maker in hotel he thought this is my first time staying in hotel i said I'm 70 years old thousand times i stay in hotel many times in VA too I always had it, my hobby i always take coffee on my bed the first thing in the morning, in these all circumstance I canceled further 2 days and move over to other place, so many times call/emails to booking.com and management of extended stay to get refund for all my 3 days but no one responded, so I am still requesting to get my one day credit which is worth........thanks for consideration my request.

Liked: the hotel reeked on weed. My room was not very clean. The shower curtain bar was barley hanging on. The shower leaked. There was no coffee or breakfast.
Disliked: cleanliness, smell, update the bathroom, clean the carpets, window didn't open. no breakfast or coffee. unsafe.
