Liked: Easy access.
Disliked: No kitchen pots, pans, or utensils as advertised.

Good price/quality ratio

Liked: Correctly equipped unit, decent location and spacious car park. Shops in the vicinity of the hotel.
Disliked: The floor and the bathroom were not clean. Not only I think they cleaned a long time before I checked in, but also I found some hairs in the "clean" towels.

Liked: I was charged again for the full amount when I arrived at the hotel.I was told Booking.com only reserved but didn't pay but, I checked my account and I paid you for this reservation.
Disliked: I was charged twice for this reservation

Liked: I did get to stay there but they took my money 125.i could get the night manager to let me have my room, my payment was pending, but I did get to stay on the night I paid for, I'm very angry about this and unhappy they kept my money. I should be refunded my money back . I'm still wait for answers from both parties.
