Liked: Ability to book quickly/same day, staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Our room while it was nice and comfortable, there was no soap, fitted sheets were not on the bed, only straight sheets which kept coming off, our trash can was a mess, very dirty and smelly.

Disliked: The continental breakfast is a joke. My room and the hallway smelled of cigarettes. Staff rude. The bathroom was dirty. Whole place needs an update. Also no silverware or plates

Liked: Reasonable and the only hotel in the Norfolk area with 2 bedrooms in the same room
Disliked: Couches are old and very filthy

Liked: we found cockroaches in the kitchen area and bathroom, expressed our concerns to management and nothing was done
