awful manager

Liked: the location was wonderful
Disliked: the manager tried overcharging me. first he ran my card 3 time's without permission, then when I called him to find out why he gave me 3 difdifferent prices and reasons for me supposedly owing more than the agreed upon rate at check-in. he was rude and unprofessional at all stages of the didiscussion to resolve the situation and even lied to my face I do not recommend staying at this location until he is let go. also the remodeling was loud and very messy.

Liked: Roomy and quite. no problems
Disliked: Wasn't really clean. food left in the refrigerator. But we got what we paid for. The beds and the bathroom were clean and it was big.

Disliked: The room was dirty checked out early from my reservation and I am still waiting for my refund no one seems to know who will refund the payment to me I was only supposed to to be changed for one night on this reservation have talked to the people at the front desk and I was told they show no reservation for that day for me however they were paid in full and I should get a refund for the remainder of the days I didn’t stay I have never had this problem before
