Disliked: Smell of marijuana in elevator and hallways

We got what we paid...

Liked: The location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was not breakfast only Nutri-Grain bars. We stayed in a suite that had a kitchen and the cupboards were dirty. We did have to request the room amenities (coffee maker, toaster and kitchen appliances and utensils).

The manager has great hospitality...

Liked: The manager is very pleasant and accommodating. He remembers us and always greets us by name and welcomes us back. His pleasant welcoming demeanor is really what brings us back.
Disliked: N/A

Disappointing

Liked: I liked being able to cancel one of my rooms up to 6:00. That was a big selling g poi t for me because I wasn't sure who all would be coming in out group
Disliked: It smelled like a bit of smoke and did not feel very clean. Also there was no coffee pot even though it was offered in the amenities when I booked the room. I called the front desk and the lady tried to rummage around and come up with a coffee pilot from behind the counter. I went to pick it up, but she was not able to find enough parts to make a complete coffee pot set so we did without. Finally the pull out sofa bed was very bumpy and it's l mattress was not clean.
