I really liked the room and it's particular amenities. I did not like all of the hidden costs. The desk clerk tried to explain them and said they should have been brought out in my confirmation online. I looked that over and there was no information on these hidden costs.

It was basically very nice. The bath tub didn't work, so the manager was good enough to let me have another room. In general, the rooms were clean, within walking distance of the venue, and the staff very friendly. I will most definitely stay in one again.

Restful night but plan to...

Liked: It’s a nice hotel directly off the interstate.
Disliked: The breakfast was paltry. No fresh fruit. All packaged sugary.

Disliked: There was roaches on the kitchen counter and in the bathroom on the towels and tissue. Little roaches and huge size roaches.

Liked: It was close to my daughter’s house and church. I like having a full size refrigerator.
Disliked: The heater wouldn’t shut off because cold air from the windows kept triggering it to turn on so sleeping was very uncomfortable. The shower drained super slowly so I had water over my feet during my shower.

Liked: The location is great! Super close to everything you could possibly need while staying in the area. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The kitchen was also a nice addition! We really only used the fridge for leftovers but I appreciate that you can request items such as plates, pots, pans, etc.
Disliked: Stuffy smell in the hallways, though I really don't think it's that big of a deal. My partner thought that for the room size the bed could've been bigger. Unfortunately, we are both tall and the shower head was at eye-level or below for us (I'm about 5' 5'' and he's above 5' 10''). The nail in the coffin however was that when we were getting ready to check out and doing a once over the room, my boyfriend thought one of our items fell behind the drawers so he reached down and proceeded to pull up a diaper! It was not used (thank goodness), however, he then proceeded to also pull up a DIRTY wash cloth. We have no idea what the stains were and were thoroughly disgusted. A solid 3 star hotel. I wish I had tried the breakfast.
