We checked out a day early. Sheets had brown stains; non smoking areas and rooms reeked of smoke; it was all terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Liked: Nothing was likeable except for John who cared about our safety and concerns.
Disliked: All was bad.

Liked: Breakfast was good. When we first got there someone was outside smoking weed. And there was weed smell in the hallway.
Disliked: There was a lot of old and dusty cars in the parking lot. It just wasn't the quality of room the I like staying in for $160.00 it was not worth that price.

In general it's good

Liked: I was expecting american breakfast
Disliked: We are used to have bath amenities in other hotel not to request from the front desk

Liked: Lots of stores near by and close to freeway
Disliked: The staff was rude, property smelled bad, it felt like a roach motel. When I came back to hotel from a wedding I attended, there was something spilled on the elevator or someone peed on the floor. Over all it was nasty. And their so called breakfast is coffee and pastries

Disliked: I booked 3 rooms for a group of family members 3 months ago then only 2 weeks left they called us and canceled the reservation. The reason they told was “ over book “. So don’t trust them and book another hotel

For Price You Get What...

Liked: It's the location. It's closest to old time Temecula. It had a bowling alley/pool/bar right across the way. There's food places all around. 20 mins away from the vineyards. Great Price!
Disliked: EVERYTHING you need like dishes, bathroom stuff and necessities you need go get it at the front desk. The front desk Older Lady doesn't have the front desk attitude . I felt like asking her for stuff, it's a like pulling Teeth. She didn't want to be bugged.
