We had to ask for everything we wanted individually. The continental breakfast was terrible - the food was of poor quality. For the cost of the room the breakfast should have been edible and at least there should have been a hair dryer and coffee pot in the room. We will not stay there again.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was remodeled and nice.
Disliked: There was nothing in the room when we arrived, not even a coffee pot or a hair dryer. We had to ask for everything individually. All we got in the room was two small plastic cups, two little bars of soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo.

Liked: The staff was very nice, very accommodating. I sadly had to witness a guest being very boisterous and annoying to a staff member. What stood out was how well she handled the guest & herself. She was very professional but, held her ground with the guest due to the guest chose not to follow hotel policy. She resolved the issue and moved on to me and my needs. I was very impressed. I also appreciated my floor was quiet.The room was comfy & clean. Enjoyed the shower. The appliances were in good shape and the kitchen/bathroom faucets were very nice. The refrigerator/freezer kept my food items very cold & my frozen items rock hard. The bed was comfy but, a bit high to climb in to but, enjoyed my sleep. Allowing pets is so wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised to see the facilities crew shampooing the carpet in the corridor. It was awesome having a clean & fresh smelling corridor to walk in knowing pets have accidents but, not having to smell it...was a major plus.
Disliked: Personally, I thought the cost of the washing machines/dryers & vending machines were too high. It would've been nice to have more options to choose from (more vending machines). The complimentary breakfast was okay.I was not happy being smacked in the face when getting on/off the elevator and walking down my corridor by the very strong & offensive smell of marijuana. I know it's very easy to obtain a "medical marijuana" license and guests can opt for a "smoking" room but, it's still annoying. The smell is offensive for those of us that don't smoke and have allergies. Maybe the top floor can be allocated for "smokers"?

Hotel from HELLS toilet NO...

Liked: Nothing horrible nasty sink in room held up under counter by a stick from a tree outside like omg fell down in cabinet washing my hands no joke floor really dirty took bath towel to give a wipe on bath floor turned towel black like tile never been clean The list goes on not enough space on this page to write a full review do not stay here In the middle of the night a car crashed into three cars into the parking lot smash them all together the front desk says not my problem like you have customer stayed here that cars really damaged had no sympathy did not care at all I had the call the police and fill out a police what I saw unbelievable No hospitality not clean should be shut down 100% filthy total truth NO BS breakfast was a clear joke are you serious couple little muffins and nasty ass coffee and nothing else. Homeless people seems like the state pays for them to stay there wandering around the halls lobby The carpet in the hallways disgusting like somebody poured filth into every room big stains smell terrible of pet odor urine. Do not stay here I've stayed in a lot of places that were enough to get by for a night but this place has by far top them all. Freaking disgusting No exaggeration at all like the slums of hotels stay away I rather sleep in a portable toilet That's how bad it is. If there's any other reviews that says anything different it's a total lie staged burn this place down wow
Disliked: When I got my car to leave even that parking lot was freaking nasty bum sleeping in their car people smoking seemed to be meth or whatever spoke to a policeman in the parking lot like wow you must have it hands so he's like we're here non-stop all the time every day every night like a freaking nightmare

Disliked: I didn't like it when I got there they told me I had to pay another $100 deposit and I would get it back 1 to 5 business days which is BS because I should never have to pay that when I paid online for my room
