We had to ask for everything we wanted individually. The continental breakfast was terrible - the food was of poor quality. For the cost of the room the breakfast should have been edible and at least there should have been a hair dryer and coffee pot in the room. We will not stay there again.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was remodeled and nice.
Disliked: There was nothing in the room when we arrived, not even a coffee pot or a hair dryer. We had to ask for everything individually. All we got in the room was two small plastic cups, two little bars of soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo.

Infestation with Roaches

Liked: I like the shelving unit in the room. I will not stay there again.
Disliked: There were roaches in the bathroom and kitchen and dogs barking. The bathroom wasn't clean; therefore, I couldn't take a shower. The front desk personnel had left for the night. There was nobody there at the front desk for customer service.

Liked: this is a very nice motel that is being neglected. the room was clean.
Disliked: every hallway carpeting in the entire motel is stained up and smells disgusting. we had to move to different room due to the door not locking and the AC not working. the next room we went to the microwave didn't work and the remote to the TV didn't work but we did have a good AC and the room was clean, the bedding was clean and the laminate floors were clean. no coffee machine but got decent coffee from the lobby in the morning. breakfast was only oatmeal or a muffin. no other drinks offered like milk or juice for kids. outside the building there was trash bags fill of trash that were still there the next morning. it seems the management and the owners do not care about this motel that is actually a beautiful motel.
