I had a good experience. Everything was clean and fresh. Front desk staff was very friendly. I would go back.

Disliked: I booked this room within 20 minutes I realized it was near the wrong airport. Called right away and they said they wouldn’t do anything for me.So I paid for two rooms.I think since the booking was so new they should have done something for me.

Disliked: Not being able to stay at the hotel. After contacting with them and being notified that they had accepted my check in time of 330, I headed over there from the airport after my flight had been canceled and I wouldn't be able to leave until the following morning. After Ubering to the hotel, I found out they were fully booked and wouldn't be able to provide a room for me. They claim they had tried to call me. My call log showed nothing from the hotel. No voicemail had been left. I had received no text. No email. I showed up and was refused a room. Unbelievably bad customer service. The two women working reception, one of whom was the manager, were rude and acted inconvenienced, even though the lobby was empty and the phones were not ringing. Horrible experience.

Disliked: The price was high but I couldn't find anything else because I was tired. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for the girl at the front desk to let me in the door and check-in. The place was filthy and reeked of cigarette . If you don't want to hear airplanes flying overhead or people making all kinds of noise and being loud.
