Liked: The price was great the room size was very good loved the kitchen area.
Disliked: The ad says breakfast included which generally means got breakfast this was a grab and go cold cheap food. The staff member who checked us in was non-communicative. Only answering questions we asked. Never asked or told us we had to request kitchen supplies . Never told us about amenities like the pool laundry. Which has a cost . Liked: Location is good
Disliked: Room had a dirty wash cloth over the shower curtain. Had been used. Didn’t notice until after I began to shower. Notified front desk clerk who told the manager Laquanda! She (Laquanda) lied and told her employees that she didn’t see a wash cloth hanging over the shower curtain even though I had taken a picture of it and showed it the front desk clerk. I ended up sending the picture to corporate after the manager told her employees she didn’t know what I wanted her to do. Me: How about as a manager you start off by apologizing and maybe refunding my $100 deposit back immediately since I left right after seeing this. As far as a refund for the room that’s not what it’s about I never asked about a refund if that was the case I could have asked for another room. Never again.
