Disliked: Overall this was a horrible experience ,the staff was really rude and did not care one bit . I was never able to check in to the room I paid for because of some night audit which she said could take up to four hours while me my friend and her young daughter were outside in our vehicles at 1 am after traveling for some time . Then it took a request and call in from myself to get my money back 2 weeks later and nothing more . We slept in our vehicles that night and next morning . They would not even let the girls use the restroom.

Disliked: The front desk staff particularly Phyllis was extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. She was rude and should not be working in a position that requires listening skills and communication. Very unhappy how management dealt with her
