Disliked: Dirty carpets, dirty and stained linens, carpets, and curtains. Did not smell pleasant. Dirty with cobwebs around the power outlets. Dirty lobby.

Disliked: There was still trash in the trash can. Floors were sticky

I had to switch rooms....

Liked: I liked the free internet and the kitchen.
Disliked: I did not like that I had to pay for faster internet because the basic internet is very very slow.

Liked: Sure could be cleaner, and check-in could be more customer friendly.

Disliked: Horribly rude staff particularly Phyllis. Never have we been treated in so h a judgmental and unprofessional manner. The worst part is that management is aware and they just allow it to continue.
