Liked: It was cheap
Disliked: The water for the shower was barely working and the toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast wasn’t a breakfast it was just coffee and no food as well. There was stains on the walls and hair on the towels.

Liked: I was asked when my daughter would be checking in from both the hotel and booking.com. I told them both it would be after midnight booking .com told me to contact the hotel so they knew this so I did.. When my daughter turned up at 1245 she was turned away and told to come back after 4 am. She went to her car to wait and fell asleep and her room and reservation were canceled for that night and the next day. So I paid $215 for absolutely nothing. I think it is a pretty low thing to do to someone take a reservation and money for a room you know you won't be letting some use. I don't like booking.com or the hotel I think they are both thieves. CM
Disliked: I didnt like how I spent $214 so my homeless daughter could get out of the cold and sleeping in her car for a couple nights was just canceled like no one cared. Something needs to be done to stop hotels and companies like booking.com stealing from people who work hard for their money.

Heavy cigarette smell

Liked: The clerk was accommodating by putting us in another room.
Disliked: Our first room smelled like a bar. Very bad smell of cigarettes and cigarettes ashes on the night stands. Bathroom had toe nail or fingernail clippings on the floor. The clerk changed us to another room.

Staff were excellent and kind

Liked: Great essentials for room like a stove and a microwave.
Disliked: The entry gate is not closed at all times. They leave it open 24 hrs. And the towels were a little rough- needs fabric softener.
