Liked: I had to change rooms after the first room had pubs in the shower, hair on the curtain, and used soap left in the shower on top of things on the floor. The second room hadn't been vacuumed

This place should be condemed

Liked: Close to the freeway, gated parking lot, which we probably should have taken that as a sign.
Disliked: Smelt really bad. Multiple different types of drugs being smoked, even though it was a non smoking hotel. The floors felt so gross. Pubic hair were on our sheets and on the shower walls, which shower walls were almost to be expected, I guess. We went down to get kitchenware and it was dirty. Towels had blood stains on them. Also, people were in the halls all night, drunk, going in and out of rooms. On top of dealing, there was obvious prostitution going on, (really you could look out the windows and see them outside leaving the hotel). We didn't plan to stay in the hotel for a long period of time, or spend a lot of money, but I don't think this is a safe place for families due to cleanliness, if we were staying more than just a day in Washington, we would have never came back to the Hotel. We did let staff know, but there was nothing that they could do about it they said. The bars that they offer for "breakfast" were taken by the time we went downstairs. The first night we were there, the staff was arguing with a guest who had paid but didn't check in on time, so they were told to wait in their car until 4am and then to come back then and then they could check in then. This hotel is just somewhere I will just not ever recommend.

Disliked: My boyfriend and I were not able to shower because the faucet was broken in the bathroom. It would only give us boiling hot water. I went to the front desk early the next morning and told them and they said that it would be fixed by that day and it was not and we could not shower for 2 days that we were there. We had to go to work without showers for two days. I would like some type of accommodation for this issue
