Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The flight my child and I walked in on was uncomfortable. The fact that the police had to be called more than once was disconcerting.

Disliked: There really wasn't "breakfast" like advertised. Granola bars and prepackaged muffins are hardly hotel breakfast. Rooms were old and had an odder

Very noisy and dirty

Liked: The heater and room temperature were ok. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: There was lots of noise during the night that woke us up a few times. There was a sound like someone closing the door very loud in the middle of the night. Room was super dirty.

Exceptional

Pleasant

Liked: The gentleman working Sunday morning was super nice and gave us extra shampoo. The beds were comfortable!
Disliked: Very noisy in the hall... lots of long-term residents who think they own the place have their own chairs and grills and like to claim the picnic tables as their own. "Free breakfast" not so great. Fruit or juice would have been nice.
