Disliked: Dirty leftover linen left in bathroom from previous guest, some front desk staff helpful, others not helpfullots of minor physical deficiencies like chips in paint, furniture, bathtub soap holder. Window screen not secured in place with long gaps along sides of window screen.Two chairs in room, neither was a desk chair to use with the desk.I was at this motel at end of December with outside temperature in the mid 20s and the ambient room temperature was so hot I used the air conditioner all the time to bring the temperature down to 72 degrees.First room assigned was next to freeway on-ramp and was very noisy, I requested another room on opposite side of building and it was quiet.

Overall, it was a pleasant...

Liked: Really wasn't much of a breakfast. A few packaged chocolate and blueberry muffins in a basket, a few packets of hot chocolate mix and instant oatmeal, and a coffee machine and a hot water dispenser. None of this was available after 9 am, though. I can see, obviously, shutting down the food service at a certain point (preferably a little later than 9 am, for those weary travelers who want to sleep in a bit longer after a long trip) if you're serving real food (bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and so on), but I see no reason why a basket of packaged muffins and coffee and hot water dispenser couldn't remain available 24/7.
Disliked: The "breakfast" selection. See above. It was also annoying that my key card would only work for a day or so, and then I had to keep going back to the desk to get it reprogrammed.
