Disappointing

Disliked: Waited for 45 minutes to check-in on a pre-booked room. 15 minutes to wait for someone to come to the front to tell me they overbooked and they are cleaning rooms. I think was upgraded to a bigger room i didn’t need due to traveling solo. The room was half way cleaned and the keys didn’t work in the door.

Disliked: My reservation was for two beds. The person at the front desk gave me one bed despite my reservation for two beds. I had two kids and was very tired. He was not very accommodating at that moment and instead trying to correct the mistake advised that I need to place another reservation. As tired as I was I didn’t bother with him any more and ended sleeping in the chair in the room for two nights. Not to mention the smell in the building was unpleasant.

Superb

Liked: The room was very nice and clean. It was also nice and quiet.Staff was very friendly and helpful, We arrived very early and the room wasn't quite ready, but they quickly got us in.
Disliked: The parking was kind of mess, there wasn't enough parking in front and the parking in back was not accessible by any door, so you had to walk around the hotel to get in.

Never staying here again

Liked: It was close to our activities and didn’t see any bugs
Disliked: Dirty, smelly, noisy, nobody at the desk after nine and nobody answer the phone
