Disliked: The staff member Keisha put me out on allegations that I disrespected a team member when I never had contact with anyone due to the lack of staff on the premises. I've never been treated so rude and disgusting ever in my life!

Disliked: Where do I begin. It took 30 mins for the front desk attendant to check us in, the hot water was not hot, no pots or pans to cook with and my daughter received some bite marks on her.

OK but my sleep was...

Liked: Reasonable price but at 4:30 am several small children were running up and down the hall on 2.
Disliked: Screaming children

Liked: Mini kitchenette was convenient.
Disliked: The bed wasn't that comfortable and the kitchen did not have any pots or pans skillets or utensils

Liked: There was no breakfast. We were there from Thursday to Sunday. We got two towels and two wash rags if we wanted any clean ones. We had to pay for them. The staff when I checked in was rude. It’s supposed to be a kitchenette, but there wasn’t one utensil one pot one plate one bowl nothing absolutely nothing they need to state that in the ad. We came from out of town to spend holiday Thanksgiving with loved ones and got that kitchenette for a reason didn’t know we weren’t gonna be able to use it didn’t know we had to bring our own utensils plates pots pans glasses, you name it oh and extra towels, we will not be back
