Disappointing

Liked: There was no breakfast. We were there from Thursday to Sunday. We got two towels and two wash rags if we wanted any clean ones. We had to pay for them. The staff when I checked in was rude. It’s supposed to be a kitchenette, but there wasn’t one utensil one pot one plate one bowl nothing absolutely nothing they need to state that in the ad. We came from out of town to spend holiday Thanksgiving with loved ones and got that kitchenette for a reason didn’t know we weren’t gonna be able to use it didn’t know we had to bring our own utensils plates pots pans glasses, you name it oh and extra towels, we will not be back

Liked: The staff was polite and friendly.
Disliked: For the price it was over priced. Roaches were found, the coffee pot was missing (we had to request it) , only two bath towels for four people (which we would have to pay for), coffee cups, plates, etc. would have cost more, the beds only had three pillows on each queen size bed, the pictures of the room shown on the website weren't what we got. Definitely not worth the price. Will never stay here again.

Liked: The room was a decent size
Disliked: One of the keys to our room didn't work but the biggest surprise was that the kitchen had no plates, cups, cutlery or anything to cook with so what was the point of a room with a kitchen? My husband had to go to Walmart and buy some things to eat with so we could have dinner.. also the room was very hot, even with heating turned down. There was no breakfast facilities. This was a very minimalist hotel!
