Disliked: BUILDING LOCATION, THE GUEST LIST, BREAKFAST SUCKED, NO ICE, STOVE DID NOT COOK WELL TOOK 2 HOURS TO BOIL WATER, NO HOT WATER IN KITCHEN, TUB FIXTURES DID NOT WORK RIGHT, 1 ELEVATOR DID NOT WORK, HALLWAYS HAD A SMOKEY SMELL, ONE TV DID NOT WORK.

Liked: Breakfast buffet (grab and go) was quite good. They serve coffee, breakfast bars, muffins, etc. Very good location. There is a bus station near the hotel. It takes about 15 min to get to Times square. It's much cheaper to stay there comparing to Manhattan. There are some restaurants not far away from a hotel. We would recommend Huligans. There is Walmart in a walking distance, also T.J. Max, Marshalls, Burlington and others.
Disliked: The main bed was good and comfortable. But the sofa bed was a disaster. The mattress was worn out. We had to put 3-4 blankets on the mattress not to feel sharp springs sticking out of mattress.There is no kettle, cups or any dishes in the kitchenette. You have to ask for these in the reception.

Liked: the location is purely what sold me
Disliked: it was disgusting, stains on the carpet, i opened a cabinet door and there was such a bad mildew smell and what looked like mold on the wall. there was no trash barrel in the restroom, my boyfriend had to go down to ask for a bag so I could use for my feminine product, which was embarrassing. You had to wait in order for any worker to greet you. next time i am 100% paying the extra $100 and staying at another property that i know is going to be clean and not smell of mildew. i would’ve complained while i was there but there was no workers to be found and the phone in our room didn’t even work.

Liked: Only thing we liked about this object is its location. It is really close to city so that is the only thing we really liked.
Disliked: The whole place had a weird smell, halls and also our room. For new, clean towels you need to come to the reception with old towels so that they can give you a new ones, but it happened a few times they don’t have clean towels till morning. The WORST of all, loud drilling kept waking us up 5 mornings in row at apx. 8 AM and even though we complained so many times, they didn’t do anything to make it better. We couldn’t sleep, and we had such a headache for 5 days because drilling was really loud. Also, they don’t have a hand soap.
