I had such a good experience while staying, after my bad experience of my car overheating as I got to the hotel. The front desk personnel, Bianca and Kristin were unbelievably kind and helpful. I believe that they are what truly made my stay there good; especially while waiting for a tow-truck. If I go to an event in the area again I will not hesitate to make another reservation.

Liked: Front Desk personnel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location, cleanliness, price and the benefit of having a kitchen
Disliked: Exhaust fan in the restroom was very loud

Need better cleaning staff!

Liked: The location was fine.
Disliked: One of the rooms was filthy, and had someones dirty clothes and there were ants all over. The staff spent a half hour trying to find a clean room to move my daughters family to. They saw him cleaning and disinfecting the room they were moved to himself. The other room was OK, but the floor was dirty, and the toilet paper holder was gone. They had to put the toilet paper on the sink.

Disliked: Bri, the Property Manager, needs to be sensitive.The property had a maintenance work going on. Bri knocked at my door and mentioned that I need to keep the door open for 45 minutes so maintenance can do their work.It's December in Seattle! I told her it's pretty cold and that I will open the door when maintenance gets there. She said that it's the procedure to keep the door open. She did not understand the process, and kept on arguing about it. She was adamant that the door be kept open for 45 minutes, until I asked her to call the maintenance manager. The Maintenance manager came in and said that I need to keep the door open for 3 to 5 minutes, and only when they get to my apartment.Bri needs, to be sensitive to travelers, understand the procedure on what is being done at the property, and be more courteous.

Disliked: Amenities missing, didn’t have enough grab and go breakfast

Liked: Nice surroundings
Disliked: Had to request to change to a different room because the tub in the shower was clogged after taking a shower the water was not draining. The bottom rail of the main door to enter the room was sticking out and bent. A hook to hang a hand towel was not installed and was placed under the sink in the bathroom.
