Great customer service
Liked: I am extremely impressed with the staff especially Michelle at the front desk she has gone above and beyond to help me out even when I was having some issues she even stayed a lil late to make sure everything was ok and taken care of

Liked: A bed to sleep in. Room didnt smell awful.
Disliked: I actually booked the wrong hotel and ended up here for a quick overnight work trip. Location was "clean" enough but the room was a bit of a wreck for the money spent. I usually stay at the Staybridge Suites which is heads and TAILS better then this extended stay for the same price. Oddly enough, the entrance to the hotel is very underwhelming as well. Feels like walking in the back door. - Breakfast? Its coffee, a muffin and breakfast bars. There is no breakfast. - Room had damage EVERYWHERE. I took pics so they wouldnt charge me for anything. - Food in the dinette sink when we got there. Food stains/marks on the counters. Its like they made the beds and nothing else. Debris under the beds. Was not clean. - Laminate floors? No carpet? cold.... I will NOT be staying at this location again. There are way better options in Mukilteo
