We'd appreciate our money back...

Disliked: We still had to pay pet deposit for our 2 emotional support animals. They are supposed to be free. The other motel did not charge for them!

Liked: Room was clean, location was quiet, building was secure
Disliked: There was no hot water one night. The bathrooms are very dated, burn marks on the countertops

Disliked: took long time to get in hotel trouble with booking in

Liked: It was conveniently located. We appreciated the on-site laundry. There was plenty of parking. The staff was helpful. It was so quiet! We appreciate the dishes/cooking pans the hotel provided. The kitchenette was really helpful and easy to use.
Disliked: I found long dark hair on my sheets and in the bathroom. I shave a sinking feeling the room wasn’t that clean.
