Liked: Gabby at the front desk was very helpful and kind!
Disliked: There was one light in our room that didn’t work, but it didn’t really bother us.

Liked: Good room, liked the chair to watch tv in, pillows good. Kitchenette good, liked the full refrigerator
Disliked: cigarett burns on the carpet but i did not find that a major issue

Bad communication. Will never return.

Disliked: Booked online and arrived to find that the room was not available and that I was supposed to have received a phone call. This was a local stay due to bad weather and several days of power outages. Not an okay experience for somebody who had been without power for 3 days and was turned away.

We'd appreciate our money back...

Disliked: We still had to pay pet deposit for our 2 emotional support animals. They are supposed to be free. The other motel did not charge for them!

Passable

Liked: Room was clean, location was quiet, building was secure
Disliked: There was no hot water one night. The bathrooms are very dated, burn marks on the countertops

Liked: no breakfast bed was hard to many animals
Disliked: took long time to get in hotel trouble with booking in
