Definitely not worth the price - especially since we didn't need the kitchen facility. I'd pay a few more dollars and stay in a more comfortable room with better beds and linens.

Liked: Front desk people were friendly and helpful. It is fairly convenient to the freeway, but not so much to Snoqualmie, though at this point, not much is. I'd probably opt for Issaquah next time.
Disliked: Very uncomfortable pillows and mattresses. Towels were very course.

Disliked: I made an online request and the receptionist made a mistake and charged me twice. I went the next day to see what they could do for me. The manager didn't give me a solution and told me that they wouldn't give me my money back. And that wasn't my fault because the receptionist made a mistake and the manager didn't want to give me my money back.

Budget hotel adequate and available.

Liked: No breakfast available. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking available close to my room. Security of room was good. Free coffee available in lobby with creamer and sweeteners was good. Adequate refrigerator in room kept grocery food fresh.
Disliked: Extra charge for good wifi. My wifi connection stopped working after the first day.

Very basic motel barely living...

Liked: I think calling prepackaged muffins (that tasted weird like plastic), snack bars, and oatmeal a "breakfast" is a little misleading. Coffee was OK, though. Staff was courteous.
Disliked: Misaligned exterior door didn't shut tight enough. Room was dark and gloomy since blinds need to remain closed for any privacy. Parking lot reeked of marijuana. No faceplate cover on outlet by headboard.

Disliked: Check Google Reviews Before BookingBooked a room through a third party website for one night before seeing the Google reviews showing overwhelming evidence of bed bugs which includes multiple photos of bugs, bites and bed bug proof mattress covers. For those who might not know, if one room is infested they will go through the wall power outlets and also live in the walls gaining access to every room eventually. We asked the manager at the front desk if the hotel had been treated for bed bugs within the last month and he said "we do not have bed bugs" asked for a refund and was told we'd have to do it through the booking service which we did not have time for... not their fault I understand that's just the way things are when using third party sites. We went to a hotel up the road and didn't stay at Extended Stay America. We drove around the building just to get out of the parking lot and saw a used mattress leaning up by the dumpsters which just further shows that they 100% have bed bugs in my opinion.I believe lying about that sort of thing isn't legal to do in Washington.Pay more and stay somewhere nicer, it's worth it.Save yourself $10,000 in extermination costs to have your home treated in a few months.
