Disliked: First we showed up there was no electricity I called booking.com and I still got charged a cancellation fee granted it was no power due to the hurricane and then after two weeks of calls I was supposed to receive a refund for the cancellation fee which the property said it was processed and to expect it in “15 “ days and still nothing

Cheap hotel, convenient location from...

Liked: Location- close to Starbucks and hospital
Disliked: The room felt wet- the sheets, towels and my clothes. Saw a couple of roaches. Lost power during hurricane. They had no generators or running water.
