Disliked: The hotel was double booked and the didn't honor my reservation.

Disliked: No working phone, room not really.clean, hallways not clean, room floor dirty, clean towels and sheets difficult to get from staff. Most of the time no one at the front desk,maids only come every 14 days,and the contental breakfast was not prepaid on time. The bed was on a king size frame which we kept hitting our legs on. Trash bags and toilet paper not available in the kitchen and bathroom.
