Nice and convenient.

Liked: Location is good. Close to the freeway, Isla Vista and Santa Barbara, depending on which way you go. Staff was friendly and made check in and out easy. Liked that the room had a full size fridge and microwave. Also liked that it had a 2 burner stove in case I wanted to heat something up.
Disliked: I understand there were eating utensils available but having to get them from the front desk was a little inconvenient. I got forks, spoons and knives but didn't think about plates. After I realized it in my room I didn't want to go back down to get them. But I understand. Don't want them taken home by guests. I also wish fruit was offered with the breakfast items.

Liked: Property was in a good location right off freeway 101.
Disliked: Hotel or Booking.com should have warned me of the active construction/renovation during my stay. The room next to mine was being renovated so at both mornings of my stay I was awaken by bangings, drilling and running water. Had I been warned about this at the time of booking, I would have stayed elsewhere. Thank you.
