Liked: Convenience parking right in front of my room. Nice quick check-in.
Disliked: My room shower walls could’ve been cleaned a lot better. On the heater dial on the wall there was a Band-Aid room 321

Disliked: The employee at the front desk did not know anything hardly speaking any English. The rooms weren’t stuck up with the shampoos we had to ask for shampoos at very very outdated. Noisy air condition and refrigerator.

Liked: Close to a baseball tournament for my family.
Disliked: The staff was horrible. From check in to check out. All of the amenities stated if we requested it, it would be delivered to our room. However, anything we requested, they made go to front regardless of the time of day. The main manager stayed on his phone the whole time and brushed us off. I will never go back and honestly would like some type of reimbursement since we were treated so horribly.
