Disliked: Ladies at the front desk were rude. Rooms were not clean.

Disappointing

Disliked: The General Manager, Narineh Azizian at this location in Morgan Hill, is very rude and disrespectful towards guests. It doesn't seem like she enjoys giving customer service and won't go above and beyond. She would come to my room door and slide the card key quietly to make sure my card key doesn't work anymore when I return back to my room. I caught her doing that and walking away, after I opened my door quickly. She is sneaky and very unhelpful. Please reevaluate her role, because there are other workers there that should be having her title. Thank you.

Liked: Staff were helpful and cordial.
Disliked: Many homeless people around area, dirty establishment, you could tell the whole hotel hasn’t been cleaned in a long time.

Excellent experience

Liked: Miriam, Joan and Nassir were incredibly helpful and patient. It was clean and nice. Location is great- right next to a Walmart and some fast food spots.
Disliked: The breakfast could be a lot better. It was coffee, hot chocolate, tea, oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, and the small muffins.
