Not recommend at this facility.
Liked: Location is ok for this trip.
Disliked: Shower’s pressure is so weak and could not wash as usual. Also it makes me cold.

Unhappy. Will not use this...
Liked: Friendly check in. Room was clean
Disliked: No hot water when I woke up to continue our trip. Inquired at the front desk was told hot water had been out since around 7am. A person was called and would arrive in a couple hours. Called desk at 9:30 am. Check out soon. So we are leaving without a warm shower. Conditions last night rain at the 49er game. Wet this morning

night staff bad bed needs...
Liked: continental breakfast and locations the staff in the morning polite and helpfull
Disliked: staff at night needs to find another job, I booked two rooms requested if possible ground floor with four seniors and also requested next door instead trying to put us in two different building then I complain then he he decided to put me andy wife in a handicap room which has lousy shot bed and squeaks every time you move squeaks too loud and requested to be transfered to other rooms the next day and it didn't happened and ask them if I can extend another he told me to book on line to get a day extension so I decided to checked in across the street with better deals
