Unless I receive an adequate...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: There was black mold in the bathroom sink. I took a picture and showed the reception clerk. It took about 10 minutes to find someone who was interested in our problem. I asked for it to be cleaned and was gone for the entire day. When I came back the mold had not been touched. No cleaners had been in the room at all.

Passable

Liked: Very helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and we were able to sleep well.
Disliked: Some furnishings were in a damaged state. Hallways were messy and smelled weird. Other guests were partying loudly in their room late into the night. Earplugs solved this problem but if our room was closer to theirs it would have been a problem.
