Liked: The room was full of bugs and ants. It was disgusting. I couldn’t keep anything in the floor or cabinets. The room was very infested and it disgusted me. I killed at least 20 ants and bugs. I am a former hotel night manager and I find this unacceptable. The kitchen was empty. No shaving cream.
Disliked: So much more. Less bugs. Supplies in the room. A comfortable bed. I’d like a refund. It should be embarrassing to your management how dirty and how many bugs were in the hotel.

Disliked: Hot water does not come out from shower constantly. It still is summer like weather and ok at this time. Not acceptable in cold weather.

Disliked: Rooms have a strong smell of old building; complimentary “breakfast” is a joke- mainly granolas and coffee offered inside lobby area; paint peeling from everything; shady people staying at hotel; no toiletries offered, not even shampoo unless you ask; located next to a storage facility.
