Disliked: Requested rooms next to each other or at least as close as possible. They were in 2 different buildings, opposite sides. Looked nothing like the pictures of rooms advertised. Facilities and grounds not well kept or clean. Beds are very uncomfortable, bedding as cheap as possible. Smoke alarm completely missing, obvious water damage from leaking roof. The room was not horribly filthy, but floors were not clean & outside is not well kept or cleaned regularly. Trash everywhere

Liked: I booked the stay a week prior to make sure we made it a special weekend with the family. We bought food that needed to be microwaved and then realized the microwave didn't work and it also made the room smell really bad. When I spoke to the front desk I was told that they could not change my room because all the rooms were booked, and there was no extra microwave for us to use. My kids were hungry and we had to spend extra money out of our budget. When we tried to reach management it was impossible. Therefore the experience was not what we expected. Breakfast was a joke and also the smoke alarm in the room was missing with the wires hanging out.

Liked: Rooms smell real bad old furniture there were roaches we had to leave and find a different hotel I will never stay there again
