Liked: The lady at the front desk was great. The hotel itself was horrible and I will never stay there again

Liked: Staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy
Disliked: Room was not like pictured, looked really dingy and dated floors were dirty, there was a loud party with loud music and the water did not get hot

Unhappy and not satisfied

Liked: The front desk clerk was sweet and friendly
Disliked: Room not clean trash under kitchen sick full of trash and next day no water from 9 am til 2 pm I couldn't take a shower nor used the bathroom bathroom light very dim couldn't see

Liked: Nothing. I am waiting for a refund. I spent 2 minutes in the room with no air conditioning before I left to the front desk and checked out. I was told I would get a refund and I am still waiting.
