The worst hotel

Disliked: There were cockroaches, also when I was going to bathe, I opened the shower and hairs began to come out of the bathroom. When I saw that, I didn't feel like taking a bath. I'd better make the reservation at another hotel.

Liked: The location was the only thing we liked.
Disliked: First room we were assigned had live roaches crawling on the wall near the bed We were moved to another room. It smelled like animal urine and later found a roach in the dishwasher.

Great had the curtains fully...

Disliked: Only thing I didn’t like was the curtains didn’t fully close to block the sun out nothing major other then that perfect

Asked for a refund cause...

Disliked: Everything , insects dirty bedbugs roaches room not even cleaned

Liked: tub facet and shower head leaking all the time. bathroom floor is wet all the time. shower drain not properly secure so water is leaking to subfloor. Kitchenette facet leaked around base when water was turned on
Disliked: took 30 minutes in lobby waiting for desk receptionist to return.

Liked: the only good thing about this property was its location. Place was a dump. I cannot believe that you let this property advertise on your site. I use only Booking.com for all of my travels and this place was by FAR the WORST place I have ever stayed at!
Disliked: Place was a filthy run-down dump. Smelled musty as soon as you walk through the door, Carpets were worn and filthy, they were even torn and tattered in our room. Advertised breakfast as grab and go. All they offered was a mini-muffin and coffee. Had a pool and spa, looked nice but it was "closed"! The person at the desk did not know why. I was left with the impression that they did not want to deal with customers using it. I asked for an ice bucket, and they could not find one for me. Said they were all in use. What!!!! The!!! He@#!!!! I found a cup for ice only to discover that the only ice machine was out of order! Don't you think that if I asked for an ice bucket that they would let me know that the ice machine was not working!!! Good grief!! Staff was apathetic and basically useless! If you want to stay at a hotel that looks and smells like it is stuck in the 90s this is the place for you.
