Disliked: Room was very dirty. There was food crumb on the kitchen chair, there was a very strong dog odor in the room, and I felt like I was getting bite by bedbugs or fleas when I was in the bed. There was pieces of hair on the towels and linen. I had to buy carpet freshener, air freshener, pet odor spray, and disinfectant wipes to try to clean and get the order out the room. It still smelled like dog after all that. I was very uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep. It was the worse hotel experience I ever had in my life. I called the front desk and spoke to Claudia the manager and informed her that there was a very strong dog smell in the room. I asked if I could change rooms. She was very short and acted as she didn’t care. I was informed that they were sold out and there wasn’t any rooms. Stay away from this property
