Our stay was OK and...

Liked: Staff were excellent though they seemed a little short-handed. WIFI was excellent. I tested the speed of basic WIFI compared to the 5G-UW service of my verizon phone and they were about the same which in this case is very good. The bedding was clean and neat.
Disliked: Facility needs a serious upgrade, the carpets are in very poor condition, the elevator has been out for a week or more and the hallway carpets look dirty and greasy like they should have been replaced years ago. The outside garbage container was overflowing with garbage on the ground. In the rooms there was dust and a clear indication that the appliances had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The bed sheets in one room had permanent stains indicating they should have been replaced as the stains give the impression that they were not well laundered. I only saw one maid and she looked overworked. Though the staff were very helpful and friendly it appears the facility is under-manned.
