Liked: The location was close to family we were visiting.
Disliked: When you walked in the door, you were hit with a strong cigarette smell. The lobby smelled like old cigarettes. Our room was dirty. The bed sheets were not changed. There was a used towel in the bathroom. The bathroom garbage was not emptied. The shower handle was missing a screw and came off when turning it on. The tub had a crack in the bottom that would scratch my foot when I ran across it. The front desk was not open when we left at 8:30 so there was no one to tell any of this too. There was not a place to drop off room keys in the lobby.

Liked: Loved the location and view from our room of the mountains.
Disliked: Outside was nasty. Dog feces everywhere. Overflowing trash bins. Key cards constantly stopped working. Wasn't ever greeted upon arrival, check in took so long, wasn't told why it took forever the lady didn't speak other than asking for name and ID. Maybe it was due to the fact she was too busy eating her cheetos!

The ski bus stop is conveniently nearby, just a 15-minute walk away.2.Warmth and Utilities: The hotel was warm, with hot water always available. The air conditioning worked properly, ensuring a comfortable stay.3.Cleanliness and Comfort: The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The mattress was okay, contributing to a restful sleep.
Disliked: 1.Outdated Furniture: The furniture in the room was quite old. There were noticeable stains on the fridge, and the floors appeared dated. The bathtub also had stains that seemed difficult to clean.2.No Breakfast: The hotel did not provide even basic breakfast, which was a bit inconvenient.3.Infrequent Room Service: Room service was only provided every seven days. This meant using the same towels for an entire week, which was inconvenient.4.Lack of Amenities: There were no napkins provided, which added to the inconvenience. Additionally, there was no drinking water source in the hotel, requiring us to purchase water from the nearby Walmart.
